On your Apple phone or box go to apps and search for an app called Smarters IPTV Player pro or lite, https://apps.apple.com/in/app/smarters-player-lite/id1628995509 then install it and enter the username and password and url given to you when you order your trial or monthly package.
For any buffering please clear cache: You can clear cache by unplugging power off of your internet router and your device (firestick, android device) for at least 2 minutes, then plug back in and let it fully boot up and try again, that should clear cache, just clicking power on and off will not work!!
